Children's Church At Hope Church

Hope Church has a special time for children in grades K-5 during both the 8:45am and the 11:00am services that we call Children's Church. The mission of our Children's Church is to foster a lifelong connection between our children and God; build a deep, joyful relationship with Jesus; and grow their faith within a fun, exciting classroom and church community. Here's how we have Children's Church at Hope Church:

For the first part of our main Worship Services, children in grades K-5 sit with their families. On a typical Sunday, after the Opening Praise Song, Welcome and Announcements, Mission Moment, Joyful Noise and then additional Praise Music portions of the service (about 20-25 minutes into the service), the pastor will announce that it is now time for Children's Church, and children in grades K-5 are dismissed to Rooms 1 and 2. In his announcement, the pastor requests that if a child has never before attended Children's Church, a parent should escort their child to enroll the child plus give any special instructions to the teachers and leaders of Children's Church - after which the parent can return to the main Worship Service. Children's Church begins with praise songs for kids that directly relate to the theme of study, and then a Bible lesson is taught. After the lesson, the children enjoy a time of crafts and games until the main Worship Service has ended.

The Peanut Gallery - 11:00am Service

The Peanut Gallery is a room that is offered for parents who wish to remain with their child during 11:00am service. The Peanut Gallery has large windows looking out to the Worship Center which allows you to view our Celebration Service, and we have installed speakers so you also can hear the entire service.
